Papyrus (http://www.eclipse.org/papyrus/) is a UML modeling plug-in for the Eclipse development environment.
Adding A Custom Stereotype
Create a custom stereotype for a selected UML entity (Class, Comment, Interface, Operation, Association, etc.) by clicking on "Update Profile" in the context menu.

The custom stereotype will be saved to a .profile.uml file and can be reused for entities of the same type within the same Papyrus project.
